Deebs (cap.)

Although Q will argue she is from the Boogie Down, Deebs was born and raised in Queens, NY, and loves that she can call DC and NYC home. Since joining Capital Funk in 2007, some of her proudest accomplishments include rapping Wait (The Whisper Song) by the Ying Yang Twins, adding color to her wardrobe, and potentially out-eating the Bayot brothers and Q at an all-you can eat steak extravaganza. Clearly, Deebs loves to eat, and food might be the things she misses most about New York. Aside from eating, she also loves t-shirts, stuffed animals, chapstick, yoga, her family, learning, reading, singing, and of course DANCING. Deebs considers CFunk to be her second family, and is so thankful to have met and danced with such amazing people. She feels lucky to have finally found a group of friends who can tolerate and love her in all of her inappropriate glory– usually.
