Carly

Carly joined the Capital Funk family in 2005 and immediately fell in love. After years of modern, ballet, jazz, and tap, she happily dove into hip hop dance. Drawing from her own experience learning to stop pointing her feet, she helps the team's former ballerinas find their inner "thug". She's crazy about her job working with kids in Southeast DC. Plus, her alter ego as a hip hop dancer gives her serious credibility with the youngins. Carly loves bright colors, toast, cheese (despite her lactose intolerance), traveling, PB&J, cuddling, reading, and of course, dancing.
